Make It Happen! is an app specifically designed to help you achieve your goals, dreams and New Years Resolutions. If youre saving to buy a car, planning a diet or simply just want to kick a few bad habits then Make It Happen can help. Set start and target values for each goal (if required) and see your progress graphically in the goals overview. Enter unique Milestones for each goal and check them off as theyre complete. Keep a journal of your progress by entering unlimited progress notes.
